Happy Chinese New Year!

Happy Chinese New Year! This year's the year of the dragon where people are looking forward to an exciting year! Chinese New Year has been celebrated since the Shang Dynasty. (1600-1100 B.C.)

Similar to most cultures, the Chinese forget what happened last year and they sweep away their troubles by cleaning their house, cooking more food, and more!

Again, Happy Chinese New Year!

Snow!

Hi CityLover Readers,
It just snowed this morning! Before, I wanted it to snow but now that it did, it will get colder!
Do you like snow? I'm hoping winter will end soon so it can get warmer.
Two and a half months of snow and hopefully spring is on it's way!

Freezing, But No Snow

Hey CityLover Readers!
Here where I am, there isn't any snow but it's very cold! The weather is suppose to get in the 40s this weekend, and I'm really looking forward to that.

The reason it didn't feel like Christmas or New Year's is because there wasn't any snow! We haven't even had no school days because of snow! Last year, I remember we had a huge blizzard, and we missed 1/2 of the first day, and the whole day after that, and there was a two hour delay after that!

I wonder when it's going to snow.

School!

School starts the day after tomorrow and I don't know whether I should be excited or scared. The reason why I'm excited is because I'll get to see all my friends like Mel and Jen and many more! The reason why I'm scared is because we're going to have more tests and homework!

My winter break has been great even though we didn't get any snow. I hope you had a great one too!
