My Review on The Cupcake Queen

When her mom decides to open a cupcake business, Penny isn't surprised. She could easily imagine a small cupcake store in the urban streets of New York City. But when her mom opens it up in her hometown Hog's Hollow, Penny feels like her life is over. She has to let go of all her city friends and her dad. Just before school starts, the cupcake business caters for the most popular girl in school, Charity. But everything messes up and Charity starts playing hurtful pranks on Penny every single day. But with her new friends Blake and Tally, she starts to feel right at home. She also watches out for Sam, the dog and the owner, who she likes. But when her parents ask her to make a decision about her life, she's confused AGAIN.

I really love this book, but honestly, it's the cupcakes on the cover that dragged me to read it. My rating for this wonderful book is a 8.5 out of 10. This is a great page turner for girls or someone who's going through tough life changes.
