DIY Resolution/Memory Jar

Still struggling to come up with a New Year's Resolution? You're not alone. Or maybe you're not a huge fan of resolutions, but want to end the year positively, and think back on your accomplishments? Well, a resolution/memory jar is perfect either way! For this project, you'll need:

    • Sticky notes, paper, scrapbook paper, or something to write on
    • Markers or colored pencils
    • Jar
    • Tape (optional)

  1. First, take a sticky note, or whatever you're using, and write a memory (with a date) or a new goal you want to work towards.
  2. This step is optional, but you can roll up your piece of paper and tape it together, to keep the words hidden and for it to stay compact.
  3. Just plop it in the jar, and if you're doing resolutions, keep on writing more so you have more to work towards.
  4. To make the label for your jar, take a piece of paper, write the title ("2015 Resolutions Jar" or "2015 Memory Jar"), and tape it in the front of the jar.
  5. This is mine. I did a memory jar!
  6. Fill it in with goals or memories to come!
